Height: Across it natural distribution E. occidentalis may be a tree up to 25m tall or a large malle depending on severity of the site. Away from its natural habitat heights of 12-20m are more the norm.

Height: 8-15m tall. There is substantial regional provenance variation for growth habit in this species. Eucalyptus cladocalyx can grow to 25-30m. Seeds sourced from the Eyre Peninsula grow to approximately 15m and this is referred to as ‘Nana’

Height: This species is often a tall, graceful tree up to 30m but has a much reduced habit on exposed coastal sites and away from its natural habitat may only reach 10-20m.
