Comments:
This species is a small to medium sized tree can be quite upright, particularly when young and if grown in some of the harsher urban environments. In nature it grows on a wide range of different sites and is commonly found on shallow well drained soils to quite moist soils.
A. implexa is a summer flowering tree that exhibits considerable provenance variation, particularly for frost tolerance. If A. implexa suffers root disturbance it can sucker.
All plant dimensions are estimates only and ultimate size and growth rates will depend on growing conditions, particularly when used in some urban environments.
